*   Served as Independent Contractor doing raw land and co-location site acquisition for various wireless telecommunications clients.

 *   Served as Site Acquisition Specialist.  Obtained co-location sites for the XM Satellite Radio Project.

*   Found sites, negotiated leases with landlords, and coordinated with other professionals to acquire leased sites for location of antenna and equipment.

*   Successfully spearheaded search for new anchor tenant site in Cincinnati.
