In striving to meet clients’ demands, The Thomas Group upgrades equipment every year. Recent improvements involve a digital camera and computer for each appraiser. The computer was changed to provide EDI appraisal reports whenever necessary. It has a Pentium II processor with 300-megahertz speed. We are currently using ACI software and transmit reports using IBM Global Network.  The network is also hooked up to Cincinnati and Dayton MLS. These reports eliminate mailing and paperwork for our clients.  This will help insure a quick turn around time for appraisal reports. 

The digital camera will save time by eliminating processing and film purchases. The camera can store pictures and hold costs to a minimum.  Final appraisals may now be e-mailed to the clients to save on postal mail waiting time.
